Key Responsibilities
As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for assisting students throughout their education program with arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience
- Managing a group of assigned students and coaching each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach
- Encouraging and supporting students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success
- Providing a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
- Offering and teaching students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
- Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
- Being a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
- Ability to learn technical skills quickly
- Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
- Strong customer support focus and attention to details

Work Environment and Culture
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. Schedule
We're open Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm CDT. We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students. As a Student Success Coach, you'll have an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, that define a 40 hour work week.
