About the position We are recruiting a Project & Operations Coordinator (PMO & EHS) for one of our clients, an international biotech company experiencing strong growth and recognized as a leader in its field. Based on the New Jersey R&D site (Nutley) , you will play a key role in structuring, coordinating and securing the operations and strategic projects of the US innovation platform. Based in Nutley, NJ - hybrid (2 days remote) MISSIONS As the central operational partner of the site, you play a key role in structuring , coordinating and accelerating projects in a fast-growing and highly technical environment. Thanks to your organizational rigor , agility and hands-on mindset , you structure roadmaps , secure budgets and timelines , and actively drive the execution of site projects. You ensure that each initiative is aligned with Group strategy and business priorities, while bringing clarity and structure to teams operating in a dynamic and evolving environment. As a key interface between local US teams and international stakeholders , you facilitate communication, align priorities and structure reporting and operational dashboards, enabling faster decision-making and smoother execution across France, the US and Asia. In parallel, you ensure the smooth daily functioning of the site by overseeing subcontracted services and EHS compliance. With a strong sense of ownership, you secure safe working conditions, regulatory conformity and business continuity, while anticipating operational needs and supporting teams on the ground. PROFILE With a scientific or engineering background , you have more than 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, site operations or R&D / industrial environments in regulated sectors. You have built your career in small to mid-size technical organizations or fast-scaling environments, where autonomy , versatility and hands-on involvement are key. You are comfortable operating in international and multicultural contexts, and can interact with global stakeholders across Europe, the US and Asia. Finally, you are recognized for your ability to quickly understand complex technical environments and to integrate into evolving organizations. WHY JOIN OUR CLIENT? Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Scientific or engineering background
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, site operations or R&D / industrial environments in regulated sectors

  • Comfortable operating in international and multicultural contexts
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical environments and to integrate into evolving organizations
