Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
