[Remote] Insides Sales Representative (Work from Home)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Summers Agency is expanding and looking for motivated individuals for a flexible, remote sales career. In this commission-based role, you will help families protect what matters most by recommending life and health coverage based on their needs.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling
- Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate life and health coverage
- Conduct phone and video appointments from your home
- Guide applicants through the process and follow up to ensure policies are placed
Skills
- Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace
- Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Willing to obtain a state insurance license (training and guidance provided)
