[Remote] Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist

RemoteHunter is connecting exceptional candidates with leading employers, and they are seeking an Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist. This role is responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and auditing company licensing and product registration while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations; develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements
  • Implement systems and processes to ensure compliance with receipt, storage, and distribution of controlled substances, list 1 chemicals, and other regulated products; track distribution of prescription drugs and medical devices
  • Conduct periodic audits of facilities and customer site visits to assess compliance and risk levels
  • Coordinate implementation of systems and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Support Distribution Center management and designated staff in maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Provide support during government inspections, including formulating responses and corrective actions
  • Guide the organization and subsidiaries to maintain regulatory compliance across facilities
  • Support Corporate Brand Development Group and other Business Units by researching regulatory matters; secure and maintain proper licensure and product registration to support operations
  • Coordinate and conduct routine regulatory audits of facilities, affiliates, and subsidiaries
  • Develop awareness and training programs for Territory Sales Managers consistent with regulatory compliance policies and procedures
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

Skills

  • Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
