Telehealth Customer Service Representative Role

As a Telehealth Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with customers from all walks of life and resolving their questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Telehealth Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required, and consistently striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and reliable computer equipment
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a focus on healthcare or a related field
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, organization, and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required
