Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modifying and escalating complaints across various communication channels
  • Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
  • Serving as the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handling a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat, using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems

Requirements

To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist on arenaflex, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a stable internet connection
  • Have no prior experience, but prior experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong emphasis on email etiquette
  • Be articulate, personable, and reliable, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Have at least 1 year of chat support experience (preferred)
  • Be familiar with CRM/support tool experience (a plus)

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will give you a competitive edge in this role:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent email etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM/support tools (a plus)
