Accounts Payable Specialist
UW Health is the #1 hospital in Wisconsin, and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves calculating and posting business transactions, processing invoices, and reconciling financial data to maintain accounts payable records.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report to balances using Excel formulas
- Accurately match electronic purchase order details against invoices and/or record of items received
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of accounts payable experience or office support experience in a financial department
- Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
