• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Collect and synthesize data from various sources, including public records, surveys, and statistical databases.
• Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to public policy issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Policy Evaluation:
• Evaluate the implications of proposed and existing policies on different stakeholder groups, including vulnerable populations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public policy research, analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of public policy frameworks, legislative processes, and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
