Job Responsibilities:
As a Quantitative Examiner at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing predictive models to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Working with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business outcomes

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations research, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- Experience with trial design and managed/solo AI approaches for regression and classification tasks
- Experience working with media data and transforming it into factors/information outlines for representation purposes
- Experience leading quantitative analyses to drive business outcomes or improvement in a business setting
- Experience in underlying driver analysis to address issues at a strategic and tactical level
- Understanding of Bayesian modeling techniques
