Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for preventing issues, resolving inquiries, and delighting our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their requests, and providing solutions to their problems. Our Customer Support team uses various tools to navigate, investigate, and assess solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the US
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi OR English and Bengali
  • Experience working with a computer, with basic knowledge of software applications and technology
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (e.g., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
