Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Math Learning Center. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, while also contributing to the development of our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Positively interact with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering inquiries

• Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
• Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
• Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
• Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
• Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

* Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching

• Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra
• 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
• Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM
