Your Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, and calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, and responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

  • Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
