The Role: As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Expert, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. While sales may be involved if the customer desires to opt-in for additional benefits, you'll never be required to engage in cold calling, as we work directly with union associations.
