Job Summary

As a Consistency and Connection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and community, while also helping to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach and pre-screening. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and community through written and verbal communication

  • Utilize your own LinkedIn account to connect with potential clients and pre-screen them for our writing training organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members through regular communication and follow-up
  • Assist with tasks such as data entry, email management, and other administrative duties as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address client needs and concerns
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our services and processes
