• Candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting the Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud suite in a large environment.
• Required experience includes:
• Troubleshooting M365 IRWorks incident and task tickets (Priority 1-Priority 4) and resolving user-impacting issues across the M365 ecosystem.
• Monitoring and optimizing Dataverse environments, including data models, resource utilization, and issue troubleshooting.
• Establishing, configuring, and maintaining Power Platform environments within the tenant, including pipelines and application lifecycle management.
• Providing technical support for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including issue analysis and resolution.
• Monitoring M365 services, data retention requirements, compliance settings, and tenant governance.
• SharePoint expertise, including SharePoint Online administration, development, customization of lists, and support for SharePoint on-premises farm infrastructure.
• Microsoft Power Platform development: PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, Power Automate (Flow), AI Builder, and Copilot for Power Apps & Power Automate.
• .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• PowerShell scripting for automation, system management, and OneDrive support.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, Intune, Azure AD, and the broader Azure ecosystem for identity, security, and cloud integration.
• M365 governance and compliance activities, including permissions management, retention policies, audit logging, and Security Change Request documentation.
• Security and architecture support, including Defender, Purview configurations, Loop, and Graph connectors.
• AvePoint Online Services (AOS) configuration and security support, including tenant-to-tenant operations, Splunk integration, BYOK, IP restrictions, and SFTP.
• Managing enterprise data connectors and establishing organizational data-handling policies across M365.
• Supporting Windows Server and SQL Server clusters (2019/2022) for related integration needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional support teams to integrate SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
• Maintaining operational discipline, ensuring all documentation, processes, plans, schedules, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Creating and maintaining reference materials such as FAQs, knowledge articles, and iTrain content.
• Coordinating and conducting Proofs of Concept and pilot testing for new M365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Providing bi-weekly status reports covering schedules, deliverables, risks, mitigations, action items, accomplishments, and closures.
• Providing monthly consolidated status reports summarizing the overall health, performance, and progress of the M365 team.
