Position: Remote Multilingual Customer Support Associate (Especially Spanish, French, German) Location: Germany Job Summary The Elite Job, in partnership with Amazon, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Multilingual Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to Amazons global customers. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Spanish, French, or German , who are passionate about helping people, resolving issues efficiently, and creating outstanding customer experiences—all from the comfort of their home. As a Multilingual Associate, you will be the voice of Amazon, assisting customers through chat, email, and phone in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support in Spanish, French, or German as well as English.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, payments, returns, and product information via email, chat, or phone.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Contribute to team targets, goals, and performance metrics while upholding Amazons customer-centric culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language:

Spanish, French, or German (verbal and written proficiency required).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer literacy, including comfort with online communication tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment (Amazon experience is a plus).
• Freshers with strong language proficiency and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule covering 24/7 global operations
