Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Ambassador – Front Office Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our resort, services, and amenities
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
- Ability to maintain a high level of knowledge about our resort, services, and amenities
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a front office or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of resort operations and guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Japanese speaking a plus)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or hospitality (e.g. Certified Guest Service Professional)
