As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our websites and social media accounts. This may involve addressing support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate, timely, and helpful responses that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed responses

What We're Looking For:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A strong ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • A minimum of 10+ hours availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
