The Role

As a Senior Analyst in our Customer Growth Site Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic pitches, updates, and independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking initiatives across our Client Site. You will work closely with our marketing, tech, brand, marketing execution, product, legal/compliance, finance, operations, and talent teams to drive results for our Card Members and the business. This role requires both creative and analytical skills, as well as strong relationship management abilities and an outcome-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of strategic pitches, updates, and independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking initiatives across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and partners

  • Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to focus on and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly
  • Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the team lead

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability with the experience to translate insights and ideas into recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a high-speed, dynamic team environment, which prioritizes driving results

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analysis tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
