Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Workforce Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into various blithequark databases and systems
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential errors
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to resolve data issues
  • Generating reports and summaries based on collected data
  • Understanding and adhering to blithequark's data security policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
