About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success for our mid-market clients. Your expertise in digital marketing and advertising sales, combined with your exceptional communication and analytical skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and develop comprehensive strategies that meet their unique business challenges and marketing goals. You will be responsible for structuring clear, long-term joint strategies between blithequark and our clients, leading cross-functional teams to collaborate on projects, and driving client success through the presentation of innovative advertising products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, as well as a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales. You should have a proven track record of influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders, and be able to demonstrate your ability to achieve goals and drive growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and we offer a range of perks and benefits to support the well-being and success of our employees. These may include health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and access to fitness classes and wellness programs.
