About the Role

Regulus Data & Compliance Services is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Data Clerk to support our records and reporting team. In this role, you will collect, review, organize, and maintain compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with company and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail and interest in administrative support — training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain compliance-related data in internal databases.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor records for missing or outdated documentation and follow up as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and audit documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify or obtain information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • No prior compliance experience required — entry level welcome.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations.
  • Familiarity with record-keeping or compliance systems.
