Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues or improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.

Technical Skills:
