Key Responsibilities

- Checking email twice a day (Monday to Friday) for about 30 minutes each time, once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening
- Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
- Reproducing bugs and writing up problems for the development team to resolve
- Reporting on feedback and usability problems to help us improve our services
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve customer issues and improve our products
