As a part-time Customer Care Associate, you'll be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with customers, delivery drivers, and regional facilities to ensure seamless package delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling phone calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to package delivery
  • Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
