Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support over the phone, via email, and through our ticketing system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Following best practices for resolving tickets, including:

+ Clarifying customer reasons for support requests + Determining the cause of problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution

  • Maintaining accurate customer records by updating account information in HubSpot
  • Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system
  • Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as:

+ Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products

  • Becoming a product expert, providing product enhancement ideas to our Product Management team
  • Contributing to team goals by accomplishing related tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support after standard business hours

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a software or healthcare-related industry
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent experience
  • A remote work environment that is compliant with cybersecurity and other company workplace policies
  • Availability to work regular hours (10:30 am CT to 7:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday) and participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies is a plus. If you have a passion for software and a desire to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.
