Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and customers, while also driving business growth and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat support

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Blithequark's products and services
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency, and implement process improvements to drive results
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, psychology)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages
