Essential Job Functions

As a Team Leader at blithequark's Contact Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates
  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics
  • Exceeding customer needs by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role

  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
  • Experience with metrics-driven performance management
  • Certification in customer service or leadership (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM))
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
