Job Summary

As a Part-Time Personal Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, managing schedules, and handling various tasks related to special projects. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and events

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and handling expenses
  • Develop and implement organizational systems to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
