Responsibilities

As an IT Tech Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the development of customer service training programs
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
