Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced CDL-A dedicated truck driver to join our Coca-Cola route team. As a dedicated driver, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule, reliable home time, and a competitive salary. With our 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight, you'll have more time to focus on the road and less time spent loading and unloading cargo. Our state-of-the-art equipment and technology will ensure your comfort and safety on the job.

Key Responsibilities

* Haul food and beverage products in dry van trailers * 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight * 7-10 loads per week * Drive within Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas * Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all company and regulatory standards * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including on-time delivery and customer satisfaction * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders * Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions

Pay and Bonus Potential

* Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving * Weekly performance pay * Paid orientation * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year * Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Qualifications

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) * Live within 50 miles of Wilmer, TX * Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
