Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of our clients and their members. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Business Process Services team in claims processing, adhering to policy guidelines
• Meeting production and quality requirements established by clients for timely claims processing
• Using policy guidelines and criteria established by leadership to evaluate why a claim errored and make an adjudication decision
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their members, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims processing

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative who possesses the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields
• Basic reading and analysis skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions
• Basic computer use skills, including proficiency in using software applications and technology
• Ability to multi-task across multiple claims to work efficiently
• Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
