Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time remote opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and development for diginu. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead generation and onboarding restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores onto our platform
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth and development
  • Collaborating with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our business development efforts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant, grocery store, and liquor store partners

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our restaurant, grocery store, and liquor store partners
  • Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our business development efforts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive long-term growth and revenue

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our partners
  • Experience in lead generation and business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
