Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our team as a Walgreens Software and Equipment Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment, and ensuring that our software systems are running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

As a Walgreens Software and Equipment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including preventive upkeep and minor mechanical repairs, to ensure the optimal operation of material-handling and other Dispersion Community (Walgreens Software) hardware.
• Utilizing Modernized Support The board Framework (CMMS)-created preventive upkeep worksheets to maintain delivery apparatus and hardware according to the manufacturer's recommendations and best maintenance practices.
• Working with Expert Support Specialist to perform preventive, remedial, and predictive maintenance on super advanced computerized hardware.
• Maintaining a safe working environment by reporting and revising potential safety issues concerning material-handling gear or delivery center office.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Modern or Support Technology AND at least 2 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment, OR
• At least 4 years of maintenance experience in an office, US Military, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of modern power, including single-stage and three-stage power, engines, defensive devices, and photo sensors.
• At least 6 months of experience with Programmable Logic Regulator (PLC) logic standards.
• At least 6 months of experience transferring and downloading Programmable Logic Regulators (PLCs), System Control Programming (SCSs), and scanners.
• At least 6 months of experience with devices such as photo sensors, Programmable Logic Regulators (PLCs), remote Information/Result modules (I/O systems), servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet and lift parts and devices weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks that include repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking.
