Junior Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Manager to strengthen our team and bring ideas to life through high-performing videos, helping Zeely AI scale even faster via social media and paid traffic. Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 150,000+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-5 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 90 specialists. Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative hypotheses and ideas to improve ad performance;

• Analyze the results of creative tests;

• Continuously research trends and new creative ideas for advertising;

• Monitor analytics and adjust planned activities to increase conversion;

• Collaborate closely with the Motion Designer and User Acquisition Manager.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in Marketing (SMM, Creative Marketing, Content Marketing, User Acquisition);

• Basic knowledge of advertising performance metrics and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, etc.);

• Ability to think like a producer — identifying potential in content and evaluating its impact;

• Willingness and eagerness to learn quickly and grow in creative marketing;

• English proficiency at the Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
