Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Sales and Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and delivering personalized solutions to prospective and existing customers. You will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. You will use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities and making recommendations to customers
  • Deliver personalized solutions to prospective and existing customers, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
  • Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
  • Identify and address customer-impacting issues, performing basic troubleshooting and/or engaging Tier 3 support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions
  • Proficiency in multiple tools and systems, including CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a hybrid sales and support role, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Sales and Support, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary, with a range of $600.00 - $696.50 weekly
  • Up to $36,000 in commissions yearly, if all sales goals are met
