Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
  • Copying, collating, and preparing reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Working between 16 - 25 hours per week.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to type at least 50 wpm.
  • Strong proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • The ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Blithequark's systems and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
