Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements
  • Work closely with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference

  • Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with individuals, facilitating tough or emotional conversations with empathy and compassion

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling environment
  • Passion for mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening, with a willingness to receive feedback
  • College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field
  • Residence in one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize and triage competing demands
