Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system, and stay updated on blithequark Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, utilizing your problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airline or travel industry setting.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
