Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. You will provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies, and assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes. You will also handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
  • Assist customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies
  • Record and document customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or hospitality)

  • Experience in the airline or travel industry
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
