Responsibilities

Operational Support:

Data Entry:

Accurately input customer information and feedback into the organization's database and ensure all records are updated. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and management to share insights and suggest innovations that can improve customer service processes. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience. -

Continuous Learning:

Requirements

#### Experience and Education: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. #### Skills and Competencies: -
