Key Responsibilities

• Work with members of our platform and services teams to guide them towards better decision-making from available data
• Advance data and insights by managing communications with partners and different teams, collaborating with stakeholders to complete data projects, and ensuring all parties can utilize the insights to drive progress
• Maintain a customer-driven focus while being a subject matter expert through data, fostering trust among peers, and ensuring that teams and projects have access to data to decide
• Manage ambiguous issues and adapt tools to address complex questions
• Identify trade-offs between speed and quality of different approaches
• Develop logical frameworks to measure team achievement by collaborating with teams to establish success metrics, creating ways to track data, and analyzing errors
• Operationalize data cycles to provide partners with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so everyone has a clear understanding of the state of the business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in a consumer web business, or in a high-speed, high-growth product or team
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
• Experience using data to create understanding and drive business results
• Familiarity with data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining the KPI process for your business
• Excellent collaborative person with the ability to maintain relationships
• Bachelor's degree
