About the Role:

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in leading and managing global data management activities for the CFO organization at Starbucks. You'll be responsible for driving data stewardship practices, UI support, and ensuring seamless integration with financial systems. This is a unique chance to work with a global brand, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to ensure timely and accurate financial period closures.
• Develop and implement process improvements and automation for everyday framework support and monitoring.
• Provide guidance and governance on changes to the chart of accounts and orders (Cost Center (RC) and General Ledger).
• Analyze and conceptualize processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize logical reasoning to determine the best approach for problem-solving.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in SQL Server and ERP systems.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in end-user support and training.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant business systems and functional expertise.
• 5+ years of experience in systems design, testing, and implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience in script development and application testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global organizations and navigating complex financial systems.
• Knowledge of data management best practices and data governance.
• Familiarity with UI support and financial system integration.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes.
