Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems and complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Adaptability: Adapt to changes in customer volume and needs. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate peak times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable with remote work technology.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
