• Deleting messages that violate the Discord server rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of the server rules to protect the community
• Muting users who have violated the rules to provide a temporary consequence and encourage positive behavior
• Investigating reports made by users about violations of the server rules to ensure fairness and consistency
• Collaborating with other moderators and community managers to develop and implement effective community management strategies
• Staying up-to-date with changes to the Discord server rules and guidelines to provide accurate support and enforcement

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED
