Job Description- Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies;
- Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution;
- Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders;
- Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems);
- Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices;
- Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate how changes in budget or media mix impact business results;
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking: monitor competitors’ activities and identify opportunities for brand growth;
- Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize budgets, channels, and content.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar);
- Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.);
- Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing;
- Experience preparing reports for top management/board level;
- Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
Nice to have:
- Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries;
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics;
- Experience in building automated reports.
