Role Snapshot

Responsibilities

As a Remote Telephone Interviewer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting telephone interviews for market research purposes
• Collecting and recording data accurately and efficiently
• Following interview scripts and guidelines provided
• Maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
• Ensuring data entry is precise and timely

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Above-average English reading skills
• Good working knowledge of basic computer programs, software, and internet navigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to conduct qualitative research interviewing
• Proficiency in data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (additional $2 hourly rate offered)
• Familiarity with Market Research
• Experience in data collection or market research

Equipment Requirements

To ensure successful participation in this role, you will need:

• A minimum download speed of 10 mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 mbps
• A Windows 10 or 11 Operating system, with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram and an 8th generation processor
• Mac OS 13 (ventura) or higher, with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram
• Equipment must be approved by our IT Department after submission
• NO Chromebooks/Chromium OS compatible

Schedule and Availability

This is an ON-CALL Fall Schedule position, with flexible on-call work plans to suit all types of schedules. We require:

• A minimum of 15 hours of availability per week (15 - 30 hrs/week)
• On-call availability one weekend day per week (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• Hours of position:
  • Monday to Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm EST / 4 pm - 9 pm CST
  • Weekends:
    • Sat 11 am - 7 pm EST / 10 am - 6 pm CST
    • Sun 1 pm - 9 pm EST / 12 pm - 8 pm CST
