About the Role

As a Driver or Mover with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer's move is executed with precision, care, and attention to detail. Your primary goal will be to delight our customers by providing a positive moving experience, and you will achieve this by working collaboratively with your team to safely and carefully load and unload customers' belongings. Our Drivers will also act as Team Leaders, executing game plans for each move, safely driving and maneuvering our 26-foot moving trucks, and completing daily truck inspections and equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delight customers by providing a positive moving experience
• Safely and carefully load and unload customers' belongings
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members and customers throughout the move
• Act as Team Leader for the moving team (Drivers only)
• Execute game plans for each move (Drivers only)
• Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck (Drivers only)
• Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory (Drivers only)
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations (Drivers only)
• Complete move paperwork and customer payment (Drivers only)

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be 21 years or older to be a Driver or 18 years or older to be a Mover
• Possess a valid driver's license to be a Driver
• Have the ability to lift/carry 150 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse is helpful. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Skills and Competencies:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $17/hour for Drivers, with the potential to earn up to $34/hour
