Key Responsibilities: Providing Top-Notch Customer Service

  • Respond to a high volume of customer calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Working Remotely: Our Current Environment

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we're currently working remotely. As a remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to maintain a dedicated workspace and adhere to our company's remote work policies. We're anticipating a partial return to our Horsham office when it's safe to do so.
